Privacy Policy
How we handle information associated with this public website.
Operator: FI Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as Prop Clarify.
Effective date: 19 October 2026.
1. About this policy
Prop Clarify is an Australian property-technology venture operated by FI Corporation Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information in connection with our public marketing website, enquiries and expressions of interest in our proposed pilot program.
Our website and proposed services are in an early stage of development. This policy does not cover the collection or handling of detailed property records, financial documents or other evidence through any future Prop Clarify software platform. That activity will require separate privacy arrangements and participant terms. We intend to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, enquiry category, message content and information you voluntarily provide. Pilot expressions of interest may also collect general customer category, proposed decision type, approximate timeframe and relevant comments.
Hosting and technical service providers may process technical information associated with website visits, including IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps and operational or security logs. We do not require identity documents, bank credentials, tax file numbers, contracts, mortgage statements or detailed property or financial evidence through the public website.
Do not include confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information in website enquiries. If we receive information that is unnecessary or inappropriate, we may restrict its use and arrange deletion where lawful and practicable.
3. Why we collect information
We collect and use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess pilot interest, communicate about possible participation, understand potential customer requirements, improve our proposed services and maintain website security.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional marketing. We will send commercial electronic marketing only where permitted by applicable law, including any required consent and unsubscribe arrangements. We may use appropriately de-identified or aggregated information for internal research and product development.
4. Hosting and external service providers
We host the marketing website using Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Our public contact email is handled using Zoho Mail. The contact and pilot forms are currently disabled. If we later enable online forms, we intend to use Formspree, a third-party processor, and will update this policy to reflect the arrangements then in effect.
Hosting, communications, security and operational providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services, under their applicable arrangements. Our responsibility to meet applicable privacy obligations is not displaced by our use of third parties. The marketing site is not currently intended to provide bank feeds, credit reporting or automated personalised financial decision-making.
5. Overseas processing
Google Firebase Hosting uses global infrastructure and may process website technical information, including IP addresses, outside Australia, including in the United States. Email correspondence is handled by Zoho Mail, whose primary data-centre region depends on the account configuration; international support or technical processing may occur. We do not represent that website or email information remains exclusively in Australia. If we introduce additional collection or service providers, we will review likely overseas disclosures and update this policy as required.
6. Security
We seek to protect information using safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. These may include access restrictions, account protections, secure service configuration and procedures to handle and delete records. No electronic service can be guaranteed completely secure. This does not diminish any security or data-breach obligation imposed by applicable law.
7. Retention and disposal
We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or to comply with applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. When no longer required, we will take appropriate steps to delete or de-identify information, subject to law and relevant provider capabilities.
We review enquiries received through our business email account and handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable obligations. Firebase Hosting retains technical request information under its service arrangements. The disabled online forms do not send submissions to Formspree; we will review collection, retention and deletion arrangements before enabling them.
8. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, or request consideration of deletion or withdrawal from our expression-of-interest process. We will assess requests in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained where legally required or otherwise lawfully justified.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our website and hosting providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website. We do not currently use optional advertising or visitor analytics tags on the public marketing pages. We will review any additional tracking technologies and update our disclosures and consent arrangements where required before introducing them.
10. Sharing information
We may disclose relevant information to authorised personnel and service providers responsible for enquiries, website operations, pilot administration or professional support. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law or where necessary to investigate unlawful activity or protect rights and security, subject to applicable obligations.
We do not intend to sell enquiry information to data brokers or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
11. Data breaches
We will assess and respond to suspected information-security incidents in light of the information involved, potential harm and legal obligations. Where legally required, we will notify affected people and regulators.
12. Privacy enquiries and complaints
Privacy concerns, access and correction requests should be directed to FI Corporation Pty Ltd — Prop Clarify at hello@propclarify.com.au. Please provide enough information for us to understand your concern without unnecessary sensitive records. We will consider complaints and respond within a reasonable period. Where applicable, unresolved complaints may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another appropriate regulator.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on the website. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing the use of previously collected information.
Scope: Marketing website, contact enquiries and pilot expressions of interest only. Detailed customer property and financial evidence requires a separate privacy framework before collection.
