Website Terms
Terms for using the Prop Clarify public marketing website.
Operator: FI Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as Prop Clarify.
Effective date: 19 October 2026.
1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by FI Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as Prop Clarify (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms relate to the public marketing website, general informational content, enquiry facilities and pilot expressions of interest. They are not an agreement for any paid property analysis or access to the Prop Clarify software platform. Any such services will require separate terms.
Use of the website is subject to applicable law, including any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. Early-stage and pilot status
Prop Clarify is an early-stage property-technology venture developing proposed tools and services for property owners and investors. Content may describe concepts, planned features, prototypes, illustrative workflows and functionality under development.
Unless expressly identified as operational and available, a description does not represent that any particular feature, integration or service currently exists or will be supplied. Scope, specifications, eligibility, pricing, availability and timelines may change during development and pilot validation.
3. General information, not professional advice
Website material is provided for general information only. It is not personalised financial, investment, credit, taxation, legal, real estate agency, valuation, building, engineering, planning or other regulated professional advice. We do not undertake through this website to assess an individual's circumstances or recommend a particular property transaction or financial arrangement.
Seek appropriately qualified independent professional advice before consequential property, construction, financial or legal decisions.
4. Illustrative examples and calculations
Any sample property values, indicative equity, hypothetical scenarios, financial assumptions, visualisations and data-integration descriptions are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not independent valuations, verified market estimates, lending assessments, forecasts or guarantees of future outcomes. Actual values, borrowing costs, tax outcomes, rental income, expenses and returns can differ materially.
Do not buy, sell, borrow, refinance, renovate or commit funds solely in reliance on illustrative website material.
5. Accuracy and suitability
We seek to present information responsibly, but marketing content may be preliminary, incomplete, dated or revised. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that general information, examples, concepts or third-party material will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory statutory rights are preserved.
6. Pilot applications
Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest does not guarantee admission, access, a response within a particular period, future product functionality or availability. We may assess pilot applications against reasonable capacity, suitability, research and responsible-support criteria, subject to applicable law.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, an expression of interest does not oblige either party to purchase, supply or pay for services. If invited to participate, you will be asked to agree to separate pilot terms describing scope, any fees, responsibilities, data handling, support, termination and dispute arrangements.
7. No professional relationship created
Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not itself establish an adviser-client, agent-client, fiduciary or other regulated professional relationship, or an obligation to provide personalised advice. Any future service or analytical engagement will require separate agreement. Nothing here excludes obligations imposed by law.
8. Acceptable use and information submissions
Use the website lawfully and do not disrupt its security or operation. Supply information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to disclose. Do not submit passwords, identity records, bank credentials, tax file numbers, financial statements, contracts or another person's personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
Public enquiry forms are not designed for confidential property evidence. You retain rights in information you lawfully provide, and authorise us and our contracted processors to handle it for the enquiry or expression-of-interest purpose in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
References to outside property portals, data sources, professionals or other websites are not automatically endorsements, affiliations, accreditations or guarantees of independent third-party information. Those services may have separate terms and policies. We do not control their operations. This does not exclude any responsibility for our own conduct or representations under applicable law.
10. Website availability and changes
We may reasonably maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue the marketing website for technical, security, legal or operational reasons. Proposed features and information may change without creating an entitlement to future development. Separate binding agreements, where applicable, are governed by their own terms and the law.
11. Intellectual property
Except where stated otherwise, original Prop Clarify branding, text, design, graphics and proprietary website material are owned by or licensed to FI Corporation Pty Ltd. You may use the website for lawful personal information and evaluation. Do not commercially exploit substantial proprietary material, misrepresent affiliation or misuse branding except where authorised or permitted by law. Third-party marks and materials belong to their respective owners.
12. Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Non-excludable rights prevail over inconsistent provisions. The exclusions and limitations below apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from independent reliance on clearly identified hypothetical examples, unverified assumptions or general information in a way that is inconsistent with the website's expressly stated purpose. To that extent, we also exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business opportunities or anticipated profit, where those losses may lawfully be excluded.
We do not accept responsibility merely because a person viewed illustrative material before making an independently determined decision without appropriate verification or professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation or the reliability of independently operated third-party services.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. They do not purport to remove remedies for statutory consumer guarantees, misleading or deceptive conduct, fraud or other non-excludable legal obligations.
14. Privacy
How we handle public website enquiries and pilot expressions of interest is described in our Privacy Policy. Different terms or notices may apply to future platform participation and property or financial evidence.
15. No promise of future commercial services
Publication of this website is not itself an offer to supply a particular subscription, decision brief, analysis, review or software feature. Future services, if offered, are subject to separately stated availability, scope, prices and agreements. Registering interest creates no entitlement to future functionality.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect website or legal changes. Updated terms will identify an effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights or alter a separate existing agreement except as permitted by that agreement and law.
17. Applicable law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with Australian law and Victoria, Australia, subject to applicable mandatory laws and jurisdictional rights.
